On February 10, 2023, at approximately 5:43 p.m., Madison Police responded to a single-vehicle crash at the intersection of Washington Avenue and 10th Street in Madison, Illinois. Upon arrival, officers discovered a vehicle that had collided with a tree at high speed. The driver, later identified as 29-year-old Sterling D.
