Seandel Carter, a 17-year-old, was fatally shot on April 2, 2023, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred in the 800 block of North Hamlin Avenue, just before 6:10 p.m..
Carter, also known as Seandel, was associated with the BBMG-RichWay gang, which is located around the West Humboldt Park area. On the day of the shooting, Carter and two other males, ages 16 and 21, were shot in the same block. Carter was pronounced dead at Mount Sinai Hospital after being taken there for treatment. ...Read More
