On April 21, 2023, a shooting incident in Chicago resulted in the death of a 27-year-old man identified as Jon D. Hill. The incident occurred in the Auburn Gresham neighborhood, specifically in the 400 block of West 77th Street, at approximately 1:36 p.m.
Jon D. Hill was shot in the chest during the incident and was transported to the University of Chicago Medical Center, where he was initially in critical condition. However, he was later pronounced dead at the hospital.
