Darron Thomas, age 32, was shot and killed on July 26, 2015, while driving through Chicago's Humboldt Park neighborhood. He was accompanied by Kenneth Wallace, 35, who was also fatally shot during the incident. Shots were fired from the sidewalk, striking both men while they were inside the moving vehicle. A 26-year-old woman who was also in the car suffered a graze wound to her ankle but survived the incident.
