Marvin L. Custer, a 32-year-old male, was fatally shot on May 18, 2023, in East St. Louis, Illinois. The incident occurred around 10:30 p.m. when Custer and another victim, Jamie J. Dillard, 36, were shot inside a home located in the 1300 block of North 35th Street.
