Enrique Salazar, a 19-year-old, lost his life to gun violence on August 6, 2023, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred in the East Side of Chicago, where he was one of the victims in a shooting that also left another person wounded.
Enrique Salazar, also known as "Gordo," was a resident of Hammond, Indiana, although the fatal shooting took place in Chicago. He is survived by his mother, Shelly Salazar, and his sisters, Marissa and Kristina.
