On August 19, 2023, a tragic shooting occurred in the unincorporated area of Glenview, Illinois, resulting in the deaths of two brothers, Carlos Guzman-Ezquivel, 19, and Jose Guzman-Ezquivel, 16. The incident took place at approximately 9:06 p.m. in the 14000 block of Michael Todd Terrace, near Milwaukee Avenue. Carlos Guzman-Ezquivel and his brother Jose were found with multiple gunshot wounds by Cook County Sheriff’s police responding to a report of shots fired.
