Kobe Puga, a 21-year-old resident of West Rogers Park in Chicago, Illinois, tragically lost his life in a drive-by shooting on October 14, 2023. The incident occurred around midnight near 19th and Paulina streets in the Heart of Chicago neighborhood, specifically in the Pilsen area.
