On March 13, 2024, a violent night in Chicago resulted in the tragic deaths of several individuals, including 15-year-old Terri Player. Terri and her 24-year-old brother, Terry Player, were found shot to death inside a parked black SUV in the Roseland neighborhood on the South Side of Chicago. The incident occurred in the 200 block of West 109th Place, where police responded to a ShotSpotter report of 18 rounds fired just after 12:30 a.m..
