Jasen M. Bell, a 42-year-old resident of Rock Falls, Illinois, was found dead on the night of September 17, 2024. The Rock Falls Police Department responded to reports of gunfire at approximately 10:24 p.m. in the area of West 17th Street between 13th and 14th avenues, where they discovered Bell's body on the ground.
