Jasmine King and the other two victims were found on the sidewalk and inside a nearby residence. King suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was taken to Stroger Hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
Her death was later ruled a homicide by the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office.
The other two women, aged 25 and 23, were also injured in the shooting. The 25-year-old woman was shot in the right shoulder and was taken to Stroger Hospital, where she was listed in fair condition. The 23-year-old woman sustained gunshot wounds to her back and was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, also in fair condition.

The Chicago police, specifically Area Four detectives, are investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident.
