In the quiet community of Chickamauga, Georgia, the life of 25-year-old Dakota Austin Bottomlee was cut short on the night of October 31, 2024. Just after midnight, on what was technically the early morning of November 1st, Walker County Sheriff's deputies responded to a call about a cardiac arrest at a residence on Johnson Road. Upon their arrival, they discovered a grim scene; Bottomlee was found deceased in the carport of the home, having sustained multiple gunshot wounds.
