Death by Force

On January 28, 2023, Marcus Lumsdon, a 37-year-old man from Pompano Beach, Florida, was fatally shot following an argument. The incident occurred just after midnight near the 300 block of Southwest Second Place in Pompano Beach, outside an apartment complex.

According to witnesses, Lumsdon was involved in a verbal altercation with multiple individuals in front of the apartment complex. The argument escalated and turned physical, resulting in Lumsdon being shot multiple times.
