On June 30, 2023, 20-year-old Bryson Leverette was fatally shot in the Skyline Hills area of Lady Lake, Florida. The incident occurred around 12:44 a.m. when Leverette and another victim were leaving a home at 104 Caroline Avenue. They were approached by a group of armed suspects who used several firearms to attack them. Leverette was pronounced dead at the scene, while the second victim suffered gunshot wounds and was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
