Death by Force

On July 6, 2023, a fatal shooting occurred at the Palmetto At Lakeside apartments in Orange County, Florida. The victim, identified as Jamel Brown, a 34-year-old man, was found suffering from a gunshot wound.

The incident took place around 2:30 a.m. in the 4400 block of South Rio Grande Avenue. Deputies from the Orange County Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene and found Brown with the fatal injury. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
