Juan Carlos Ilarraza, a 26-year-old resident of St. Croix, was tragically shot to death on April 8, 2017, in Orlando, Florida. The incident occurred outside the Caribbean Unity Center nightclub in the Pine Hills community. According to reports, the shooting was part of a double homicide that also claimed the life of Akeyl Jahmal Dennis, 33.
