Anthony Gant, a 31-year-old African American male, was found dead in the front doorway of an apartment in the Rosemont area of Orlando, Florida, on February 6, 2021. The Orlando Police Department received a call around midnight reporting a shooting at the apartment located in the 5200 block of Long Road. Upon arrival, first responders pronounced Gant dead at the scene. The initial investigation revealed that Gant had been fatally shot, but no suspect information was available at the time.
