On August 6, 2023, a woman named Sharon Stone, aged 57, and her partner, James Hurlock, Jr., 53, were found dead in Jupiter Farms, Florida. The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office received a call to check on the status of the pair and discovered their bodies, indicating that they had died from apparent gunshot wounds.
