On April 13, 2024, a tragic incident occurred at a Chevron gas station located at Northwest 17th Avenue and 54th Street in Miami, Florida. The event began with a verbal altercation inside the gas station involving two employees, Shahbaz Hussain, 51, and Shamun Shaukat, 42, who were also the owners of the business. The altercation escalated when a suspect pulled out a firearm and opened fire on the employees and a customer.
