Andre Mitchell, a 24-year-old Black male, was fatally shot on July 1, 2024, in Miami’s Little Haiti neighborhood. The incident occurred just before 7 p.m. near NW 51st Street and 2nd Avenue. According to police reports, Mitchell and another man, Alfred Vickers II, also 24, were inside a blue Nissan Altima when multiple vehicles drove by, engaging in a shootout.
