On July 4, 2024, Jose Carrasquillo, a 45-year-old resident of Orlando, Florida, was fatally shot by a gunman. The incident occurred at a mobile home park in Orange County. The shooter, who was later identified as 48-year-old Leandro Correa, targeted Carrasquillo in this initial attack.
Following the shooting of Carrasquillo, the gunman traveled approximately 3.5 miles down the road and shot a second victim. Both men succumbed to their injuries as a result of the shootings.
