On a spring afternoon in Norwich, Connecticut, the life of 19-year-old Camaury Jabezz Nor-clack, a Black / African American male, was tragically cut short. On May 10, 2023, police responded to a call around 1:40 p.m. at a residence on Sandy Lane. There, they discovered Camaury with a single gunshot wound to his chest. He was rushed to William W.
