Originally from Northport, Alabama, Bostic had moved to Colorado and
attended Arvada High School. He was remembered by his family as an athletic and charming young man, the life of the party with a pure soul. His sudden death sent shockwaves through his community, leaving his loved ones to grapple with an unimaginable loss. In the wake of his passing, his family faced the difficult task of bringing his body back to his home state of Alabama for burial, a testament to the deep roots and connections he maintained despite the distance.
The investigation into Bostic's death moved swiftly. Brighton police arrested 22-year-old Jemhari Lee in connection with the homicide. Authorities took Lee into custody at the scene of the shooting.
