Michael Bolan, a 36-year-old resident of Parker, Colorado, was fatally shot on February 11, 2024, in a incident that occurred in northwestern Elbert County. The shooting took place outside a Sinclair gas station, located just off Singing Hills Road (Elbert County Road 166) near Madrid Drive.
