On the evening of June 6, 2024, 29-year-old Manuel C. Luque-Quintana, a Hispanic/Latino male, was with a female companion in a parked car in Denver, Colorado, in what would tragically be the final moments of his life. The pair was situated in the 500 block of N. Sheridan Boulevard when another vehicle approached.
