In the late afternoon of a Saturday in Marianna, Arkansas, a burst of violence shattered the quiet, leaving two men dead and another wounded. On February 11, 2023, 59-year-old Arthur Hill of Forrest City was caught in the deadly encounter that unfolded on South Florida Street. He was a male.
