Tevin Zackary Randy Jackson, a 21-year-old White / Caucasian male from Charleston, West Virginia, was killed in the early hours of June 20, 2023, after a shooting inside an apartment in the 1600 block of McClung Street. Police said the call came in around 2:10 to 2:15 a.m., bringing officers to a residence where a small group had reportedly been spending time together. What began as a night of people hanging out and playing video games turned deadly when a gun was brought into the moment.
