On August 28, 2023, Malindia Rose Bryant, a 53-year-old White female, and her husband, Howard Dwaine "Wayne" Bryant, 52, were found deceased in their Chapmanville, West Virginia, residence. Both had sustained fatal gunshot wounds in what authorities have described as an isolated incident.
