In the quiet community of Chapmanville, West Virginia, a welfare check on a Monday morning in early March of 2024 led to a grim discovery at a residence on Garretts Fork Road. Inside the home, authorities found the bodies of 42-year-old Amber Yvonne Adkins, a White female, and a man identified as 43-year-old Charles Ray Adkins.
