On June 7, 2023, Heather Kira Jorgensen Preece, a 37-year-old resident of Hyrum, Utah, lost her life in a tragic incident. The event occurred at her home on Wapiti Loop in Hyrum, where she was found shot to death along with her husband, Dustin Preece.
