On June 18, 2024, Gail Lynn Bailey, 69, and her husband Joseph Anthony “Blue” Bailey, 70, were fatally shot in their home in Washington, Utah. The perpetrator was their daughter, Mia Bailey, 28, who had legally changed her name and gender the previous year.
