In a heart-wrenching turn of events that unfolded in early September 2024, one-year-old Alitzel Ibarra, a Hispanic female, lost her life in a tragic incident in West Haven, Utah, a community near Ogden. The young girl's life was cut short on or around September 2nd in what authorities have described as a murder-suicide.
