On the evening of January 26, 2024, in Davenport, Iowa, a domestic dispute escalated into a tragedy that claimed the life of 26-year-old Jevin Edward Gittings, a Caucasian male. Police were dispatched to a residence on Volquardsen Avenue around 9:00 p.m. following reports of gunfire. Upon their arrival, they discovered Jevin Gittings deceased, having sustained multiple gunshot wounds.
