Caleb J. Christensen, a 37-year-old resident of Mason City, Iowa, died on Thursday, November 17, 2016, as a result of a double homicide. Christensen and Melinda Kavars, 54, were found dead in Christensen's home at 1620 N. Hampshire Avenue in the Highlands area of Mason City.
