In the summer of 2021, the life of a young Phoenix, Arizona man was tragically cut short. Andrew B. Torres, a 23-year-old Hispanic male, was killed by gun violence on June 22 of that year. Born on April 3, 1998, Andrew Baltazar Torres was a resident of the city where he would ultimately meet his untimely end.
