Jesus Adolfo Tenorio, a 19-year-old Hispanic male, was fatally shot on the afternoon of November 9, 2022. The incident unfolded at a housing complex near Pecos Road and Arizona Avenue, where authorities responded to reports of gunfire around 2:40 p.m. Upon arrival, they discovered two individuals with gunshot wounds.
