In the autumn of 2017, the life of 69-year-old William Frost of Flagstaff, Arizona, took a tumultuous turn that concluded in his own backyard. This male resident became the central figure in a local police investigation following a road rage incident that escalated to violence.
The initial event unfolded in the Railroad Springs neighborhood on October 3, 2017. Following a confrontation on the streets of Flagstaff, a 21-year-old man, William Cummings, was shot in the face.
Investigators with the Flagstaff Police Department pursued leads which soon pointed them toward Frost as a potential suspect. After Cummings identified him, police arrested Frost in connection with the shooting. He was subsequently charged with aggravated assault and booked into the Coconino County Jail.
