Yvonne Woodard Hebert, aged 65, passed away on November 3, 2018, in Litchfield Park, Arizona. She was the grandmother and primary caregiver of an 11-year-old boy, along with her husband, Doyle W. Hebert.

The incident occurred when Yvonne and her husband asked their grandson to clean his room. The boy, who had been resistant to the request, fatally shot Yvonne in their home. Following the shooting, the 11-year-old boy then took his own life.
