Carin A. Donnelly, aged 39, passed away on May 5, 2019, in Peoria, Arizona. She was born on September 24, 1979, in Tomball, Texas. Carin is survived by her three children.

The circumstances of her death were tragic. Carin and her husband, James Donnelly, also 39, were involved in a domestic incident that resulted in a murder-suicide. According to investigators, James Donnelly fatally shot his wife, Carin, before turning the gun on himself.
