In the spring of 2019, the life of 39-year-old Carin Ann Donnelly was brought to a tragic and violent end in her Peoria, Arizona, home. On the afternoon of May 5th, a Sunday, the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office responded to a call concerning a possible domestic dispute near Happy Valley Road and Loop 303.
