Matthew Dylan Gilmore, a 28-year-old resident of Lake Ozark, Missouri, passed away on Thursday, July 11, 2019, in Fountain Hills, Arizona. The incident occurred at a bar in Fountain Hills, where a fight broke out involving Gilmore and another individual.

During the altercation, one of the men, identified as 25-year-old Christopher Charles Ruether, pulled out a handgun and shot Matthew Dylan Gilmore. This fatal shooting resulted in the immediate death of Gilmore.
