Tammy Welch, a 50-year-old resident of Scottsdale, Arizona, tragically lost her life on April 28, 2020. The incident occurred at Cholla Park, where Tammy was fatally shot while she was peacefully resting in her car. The shooting was part of a murder-suicide involving Tammy and 59-year-old Lawrence Labine, who was known to her. Labine, who was armed with two handguns, shot Tammy before turning the gun on himself. He was declared dead at the hospital after being taken there for treatment.
