In the quiet desert landscape southeast of Safford, Arizona, a grim discovery was made by quail hunters on October 26, 2020. They found the remains of a young female, later identified as 14-year-old Cadance Langley, a Caucasian girl with autism. Her body had been placed in a bag and left in a box partially submerged in water near some corrals off Artesia Road.
