On November 7, 2015, a tragic incident occurred at Banner Health Cardon Children's Medical Center in Mesa, Arizona, involving Lola T. Griffith, a 27-year-old mother, and her 5-year-old son, Helious Griffith. Lola Griffith killed her son before taking her own life in what authorities suspect was a murder-suicide.
