In the winter of 2020, a gathering of friends in Tucson, Arizona, took a tragic turn, ending in the death of 55-year-old Jeffrey Ray Hunter. A Black/African American male, Hunter was visiting a friend at a residence on West Blacklidge Drive on December 23rd when an argument erupted among the people present. The disagreement quickly escalated, culminating in gunfire.
