In the early morning hours of May 9, 2021, a dispute at a Phoenix establishment located in the area of 6100 North 27th Avenue would tragically end the life of 29-year-old Ruben Sekiseka. At approximately 1:37 a.m., Phoenix police officers were dispatched to the scene following a report of a shooting.
