On October 15, 2021, Cleopatra Johnson, a 45-year-old woman, was fatally shot in Phoenix, Arizona. The incident occurred around 10 p.m. near the intersection of 40th Avenue and Indian School Road, where Johnson was waiting at a bus stop.

Upon receiving a report of unknown trouble, police officers arrived at the scene and found Johnson with a gunshot wound. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
