In the pre-dawn hours of October 30, 2021, a dispute inside a vehicle in Tucson, Arizona, turned fatal, ending the life of 24-year-old Ma'Tayis Michael Mitchell. Tucson police were dispatched to the 700 block of West Grant Road shortly before 1 a.m., where they discovered the young man suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite immediate medical attention, his injuries proved fatal, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
