Karla Maria Krafft, a 37-year-old woman, lost her life to gun violence on April 25, 2024, in Tucson, Arizona. She was found dead in a home on the 300 block of W. Placita Durango on Tucson's south side.

The incident involved Karla's husband, 39-year-old Esaul Duarte Sotelo. According to the investigation, the couple had gotten into an argument earlier in the day. During this argument, Sotelo retrieved a gun and shot Krafft before turning the gun on himself.
