In the daylight hours of a Friday afternoon in west Phoenix, a tragedy unfolded that cut short the life of a young man. Mohamed Toure, a 20-year-old male, was discovered unresponsive in the street near the intersection of 104th Avenue and Payson Road on April 26, 2024.
