In the early hours of a Sunday morning, a birthday party in Phoenix, Arizona, turned into a scene of violence that claimed the life of 22-year-old Luis Angel Carranza. On August 4, 2024, at approximately 2:45 a.m., police were called to a residence near 91st Avenue and Lower Buckeye Road following reports of a shooting.
